Lift It. Seal It. Protect It.
Our specialized solutions treat the root cause of concrete settling, guaranteeing a long-lasting and stable finish.
Concrete Lifting
Polyurethane foam lifting, slab leveling, sunken concrete raising, and sidewalk lifting.
Void Filling
Concrete void injection, underground void stabilization, cavity filling, and sinkhole repair.
Crack & Joint Repair
Structural crack repair, joint sealing, control joint sealing, and weatherproof joint protection.
Sealing & Washing
Waterproof sealing, UV-resistant coatings, driveway and patio pressure washing.
Concrete Doesn't Fail on Its Own
Soil erosion, poor compaction, and water intrusion hollow out what's underneath your slab — the surface just shows it last.
Sunken Slabs
Driveways, walkways, and patios settle unevenly once the soil beneath loses its support, creating trip hazards and pooling water.
Hidden Voids
Empty cavities form underground long before cracks appear on the surface — by the time you see it, the void is already there.
Cracked Joints
Failed sealant lets water into joints and cracks, where freeze-thaw cycles do the rest of the damage from the inside out.
Four Steps. One Visit.
Our streamlined polyurethane injection process restores your concrete quickly and permanently.
Inspect & Mark
We assess the slab, locate the void, and mark small injection points — typically the size of a dime for precise placement.
Drill Access Holes
Precise holes are drilled through the slab directly above the void, no full excavation required for efficient repairs.
Inject Foam
High-density polyurethane foam expands beneath the slab, filling voids and lifting it back to grade with lasting support.
Seal & Walk Away
Holes are patched, surfaces sealed against water intrusion, and the area is usable immediately.
Don't Replace It, Raise It!
Cost Effective
Concrete raising is typically about half the cost of replacing the concrete.
Ultimately, the cost of raising or stabilizing concrete is a direct reflection of how much leveling material the project will require.
Clean Work Environment
No concrete or grout splatter and no wash down needed. No heavy equipment driving through landscaping.
Lightweight
The Polyurethane material will never lose density, is permanent and weighs only about two pounds per cubic foot, compared to traditional mudjacking material which weighs on average 100 lbs per cubic foot.
Smaller Holes
Polyurethane concrete raising requires nearly invisible 5/8" holes (size of a dime) drilled and the process calls for considerably fewer holes than traditional mudjacking.
Minimal patchwork needed.
Adaptable
HMI polyurethane foam is a top-of-the-line material, designed specifically for different concrete applications. It allows us to easily adjust our approach to your needs.
Environmentally Friendly
HMI foam leaves the smallest carbon footprint in comparison to ALL other concrete lifting polyurethanes.

Built from Field Experience in Concrete Restoration
The Concrete Doctor was established after years of hands-on experience in concrete repair work revealed the need for a more precise, customer-focused approach to lifting and surface restoration. The goal was to create a service that delivers reliable results without unnecessary disruption or inflated pricing. Today, that foundation continues through every project we complete, serving communities across Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky with practical repair methods that address both surface-level damage and deeper structural concerns.
Designed for Long-Term Surface Protection
NexaNano products were developed with one core goal: helping surfaces stay protected longer while reducing unnecessary replacement costs and ongoing wear. Our coatings are made to perform in a wide range of environmental conditions, giving concrete, masonry, wood, and other exterior surfaces added defense against everyday exposure.
From intense UV rays and humid climates to freeze/thaw cycles, heavy rainfall, dry desert conditions, and areas prone to mold and algae growth, NexaNano coatings help reduce moisture penetration and slow environmental deterioration. The result is surfaces that may maintain their strength, appearance, and long-term performance longer than untreated surfaces.
Benefits of Concrete Sealing
Enhanced Longevity
Sealed concrete can last up to 20 times longer than its unsealed counterparts. Ensure your investment is protected with enduring durability.
Weather Resistance
Our sealants provide strong protection against a variety of weather elements. From harsh sunlight to freezing snow, they safeguard your surfaces from UV rays, moisture, salt, and seasonal wear.
Deep-Penetrating Treatment
This treatment is ideal for a range of concrete surfaces, including driveways, walkways, pavers, and patios. It protects against freeze-thaw cycles, stains, and water damage while preserving the original appearance.
Completed Work Across Residential and Commercial Properties
Our project experience includes residential driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage floors, commercial walkways, and industrial concrete surfaces. Each completed project reflects practical repair work focused on restoring level surfaces, improving structural integrity, and enhancing usability. Property owners rely on these results to maintain safe access points and preserve the condition of their concrete infrastructure over time.
